What makes Site Stats a good choice?
We appreciate that you have many choices. We believe Site Stats is a great choice for your web site reporting because:
- We offer a simple dashboard of key performance indicators
- Our reports and analysis offer real-time actionable information

- You can choose to receive weekly and monthly reports by email

I've forgotten my password
Use our password reminder form to receive a password reminder email.
How do I see my reports?
Type your user name and password in the text boxes on the left side of this
web page, then click "Sign in". You will be presented with a list of your
registered web sites. Click "See reports" to see your web traffic reports.
How do I change my web site settings?
Type your user name and password in the text boxes on the left side of this
web page, then click "Sign in". Click the "Change settings" link next to your
web site address to modify your web site settings including the time zone,
host filters and commerce pages.
How do I change my personal details?
Type your user name and password in the text boxes on the left side of this
web page, then click "Sign in". At the bottom left of the next web page, click
a link called "My details", then update your details accordingly.
I'm not seeing any statistics?
You should check that:
- You have signed up
- You have installed Site Stats HTML code in your web pages
- You have published your modified pages on the web
- You installed the HTML code correctly
If you still cannot see any statistics request support right away.
How long do you keep my statistics information?
We keep historic statistical information about your web site for up to 6 months.
If you need us to preserve it for longer, please let us know.
What is the "Remember user name" check box?
If you check the "Remember user name" option, we will store your user name in a
small file on your computer so we remember who you are when you return in the
future.
This small file is known as a "cookie" and is only used for your
convenience, since it saves you from retyping your user name.
